Developing new concepts in press tool& moulds.
Manufacturing of Press tools ,moulds, jigs& fixture and gauges, and Special purpose machines( SPM) etc.
Responsible for taking the trails of all types of dies & moulds.
Maintenance of dies&Following the preventive maintenance schedules and die repairs and alterations needed for production
Preparing stage drawings &Follow up of tool elements manufacturing.
Implementation of cost reduction methods.
Reducing the tool breakages during production
Maintaining tool history cards and service check sheets. Developing and implementing the continuous improvements (KAIZEN) in tools.
