Job Profile :

Developing new concepts in press tool& moulds.

Manufacturing of Press tools ,moulds, jigs& fixture and gauges, and Special purpose machines( SPM) etc.

Responsible for taking the trails of all types of dies & moulds.

Maintenance of dies&Following the preventive maintenance schedules and die repairs and alterations needed for production 

Preparing stage drawings &Follow up of tool elements manufacturing.

Implementation of cost reduction methods.

Reducing the tool breakages during production 

Maintaining tool history cards and service check sheets. Developing and implementing the continuous improvements (KAIZEN) in tools.

Preparing of TS16949 &ISO Standard documents.

Maintaining of 5S in tool room. 

Validating die according to the check sheet. 

Development of Press parts, i.e. parts& Assemblies.Cost saving activities like Blank Optimization, Process Improvement . 

Modifying the old tools with new concepts by design modification.
