We check customer requirement and buying pattern on monthly basis. Accordingly we break that into weekly basis. In a particular week we mark on particular customers who are going to be potential buyers. Then through telephonic communication I take an appointment and fix a meeting. In general I visit at least one customer on daily basis. Sometimes
some customer are contacted and visited repeatedly. Generally I try to complete 110% of my target. It is a self-boasting point
New customer leads are generated by me by communicating the old customers as well as the Machine suppliers with proper communication & prior appointment I visited them.In general there
are two types of discussion technical and commercial. I am a chemical engineer which helps me to
understand and solve technical issues. In general technical issues are of routine type. If at all there is complexity I
forward it to my seniors who takes care of the issue. I try to build a relation on first point itself which help me in
getting repeated orders itself. Orders from new customers is like icing on cake which helps me achieve additional
targets.
If a customer is developing something new then they require suppliers assistance. I like to help them by
heart .Help at this point helps me building a relation which in turn ease out commercial part and target
achievement. If I am not able to provide assistance at my level I make it a point to resolve that with the help of my
seniors.
