Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Research & Development to lead our R&D efforts and drive innovation in the development of new plastics color and additive masterbatch products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the R&D team to develop new products and processes.
Develop and implement R&D strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage R&D projects from concept to commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and industry partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Manage R&D budget and resources to optimize ROI.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of success in developing new products and processes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
Experience in the plastics industry, particularly in color and additive masterbatch.
International R&D experience.
