Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field. Experience in the plastics industry, particularly in color and additive masterbatch.
