moulding machines of L&T, Windsor, Arburg.
· To minimize the rejection of plastic parts.
· Working for Conversion Efficiency and Material Reconciliation, Inventory
Control, Defect Analysis, Trouble Shooting. Quality Control activities such as
Incoming Quality control, in Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control,
Material Evaluation, Vendor Development.
· To take care of ISO formalities.
· To do the planning of 18 Injection Moulding as per the production plans of
telephone assembly.
