Responsibilities:

?  Take care of day to day production of Telephone Plastic Parts.

?  To handle a work force of 80 operators who operate Plastic Injection 

   moulding machines of L&T, Windsor, Arburg.

?  To minimize the rejection of plastic parts.

?  Working for Conversion Efficiency and Material Reconciliation, Inventory 

   Control, Defect Analysis, Trouble Shooting. Quality Control activities such as 

   Incoming Quality control, in Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control, 

   Material Evaluation, Vendor Development.

?  To take care of ISO formalities.

?  To do the planning of 18 Injection Moulding as per the production plans of 

   telephone assembly.

?  To take care of quality of plastic parts.

?  To check the 5S, TPM, safety and new product development.

?  To give the monthly requirement of raw material to material department.

?  To make the MIS (Management Information System) Data for the Monthly 

   Review Meeting.

?  Plan and Manage the Monthly Employee Communication Forum. Listen the 

   grievances and suggestions made by the Technicians, Workers and Machine 

   Operators. Prizes were given for best suggestions after successful 

   Implementation on the suggestion.
