Conducting CAE crash activities for JLR special vehicle operations India team. Seating system, bumper assembly, cargo barrier and full vehicle structure have been developed for crash worthiness.
Roof crush, rear high-speed impact, front high/slow speed impact,
luggage retention and pedestrian lower leg test have been conducted.
IHI has been carried on pillar trims and pistol shifter assembly (FMVSS 201/ECE-R21). Quality feel studies have been carried out for door trims and rear bumper
cover as well.
Project management and customer relations are included for current
role. The role includes resource management during the work, inspection
