Constantly Strive To Create Highest Customer Satisfaction Amongst Existing Customers
Increase The Number Of Units Sold To Existing / New Dealers
Build & Execute Monthly Plan With Focus On Non-moving Products
Constantly Build Opportunities To Sell The Entire Product Range To Dealers By Taking Them Through Product Offerings

Create Forum To Understand Customer Query / Grievance
Attend & Solve All Customer Queries Within Defined Time Frame
Maintain Constant Communication With Customer To Provide Accurate Solution / Build Trust
Coordinate With Concerned Department, To Resolve Customer Query With Apt Solution
Co-create Process Changes With The Concerned Department, To Ensure No Repeat Of Query

Coordinate With Production Teams To Ensure Goods Are Dispatched As Per Discussed Timelines
Coordinate With Dispatch Team To Ensure Correct Orders Are Delivered To Domestic Customers As Per Process

Create And Submit Following Sales Reports To Higher Ups:
Daily Sales Report
Forthnightly Target V/s Sales Report
Lead And Lag Indicators To Enhance Sales For Next Month
Submit Mis As Per Timelines
Review & Implement The Steps Suggested By Seniors In Review Meetings

Collections
Identify Outstanding (Receivables)
Plan And Execute Initiatives To Encourage Timely Payments From Regularly Defaulting Parties
Ensure Collection Of Payments Within The Credit Policy
Work With Accounts To Process Payments And Refunds, As Applicable
Resolve Issues Related To Billings, Credits, Etc. As Per Defined Timelines

Profitability - Margin Management (Profits + Pricing + Discounts)
Trade Discounts To Be Aligned With The Treshold Limit Set By The Organization (Profit Margings)
Design All Commercial Policies Like Pricing, Servicing, Ebidta, Etc.
Pricing Strategy - Defined Minimum Price For Each Product, To Be Line Total Over Head Costs (Includes Production, Manpower, Misc. Costs), Competition, Profitability & Usp
In B2b Sales - Align Negotiations To The Minimum Price Defined In The Pricing Policy
