Job Description

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for PET bottles used in the liquor/alcoholic beverage industry.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with liquor manufacturers, distilleries, breweries and alcoholic beverage companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and industry stakeholders.
Drive new customer acquisition and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Develop the market for PET liquor bottles and customized packaging solutions.
Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, quotations and customer requirements.
Work closely with NPD, Production, Quality and Technical teams for customized packaging requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements and pricing.
Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of business opportunities.
Participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings and business networking events.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and regular business updates for management.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate
8–12 years of relevant experience in PET / Rigid Plastic Packaging
Strong experience in Liquor / Alcoholic Beverage Packaging will be preferred
Existing relationships with liquor companies, distilleries or beverage manufacturers will be an advantage
Strong understanding of PET bottles and packaging solutions
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills
