Identify and develop new business opportunities with liquor manufacturers, distilleries, breweries and alcoholic beverage companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and industry stakeholders. Drive new customer acquisition and achieve sales and revenue targets. Develop the market for PET liquor bottles and customized packaging solutions. Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, quotations and customer requirements. Work closely with NPD, Production, Quality and Technical teams for customized packaging requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements and pricing. Develop a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of business opportunities. Participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings and business networking events. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and regular business updates for management. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
