Job profile-
Providing daily, weekly and monthly production report & internal Quality issues (NCP report) to HOD.
• Preparing product specification for quality and production department for each product.
• Exploring full quality testing’s of PET, BOPP, OFFLINE COATED films (Mayer Bar, Gravure & Slot die).
• Operating and internal calibrating lab instruments independently like UTM, OTR & WVTR, COF Tester, Haze Guard Tester, Gloss Meter Tester, Optical Density Meter, Spectrophotometer and Roughness Meter etc.
• Knowing various testing methods, quality parameters, quality defects and probable reason and action plan to resolve the defects etc.
• Quality confirmation of all incoming material used in production & packing and maintain inspection & test reports of them.
• Having good knowledge of process and production activities of coating film plant.
• Analysis, preparing and maintaining trail reports of new development and trail sample.
• Providing Quality certificates to the customers and maintaining internal documents as per ISO & TPM requirement.
• Analysis of customer complaints and preparing customer complaint action plan (CCAP).
