Job profile- 

Providing daily, weekly and monthly production report & internal Quality issues (NCP report) to HOD. 

? Preparing product specification for quality and production department for each product. 

? Exploring full quality testing?s of PET, BOPP, OFFLINE COATED films (Mayer Bar, Gravure & Slot die). 

? Operating and internal calibrating lab instruments independently like UTM, OTR & WVTR, COF Tester, Haze Guard Tester, Gloss Meter Tester, Optical Density Meter, Spectrophotometer and Roughness Meter etc. 

? Knowing various testing methods, quality parameters, quality defects and probable reason and action plan to resolve the defects etc. 

? Quality confirmation of all incoming material used in production & packing and maintain inspection & test reports of them. 

? Having good knowledge of process and production activities of coating film plant. 

? Analysis, preparing and maintaining trail reports of new development and trail sample. 

? Providing Quality certificates to the customers and maintaining internal documents as per ISO & TPM requirement. 

? Analysis of customer complaints and preparing customer complaint action plan (CCAP). 

? Having customer visit to address the complaints for domestic customers. 

? Having good knowledge of SAP like creation of Purchasing reservation, Product inspection sheets, Process order for production, Inspection plan for quality, Goods receipts and goods issue
