Responsible for the documentation work related for the regular machine maintenance & process control required during ISO TS 16949 audit & also verify the perimeter check sheet.
Responsible for Training plan for New operators & OJT plan for working operators on the Daily, Weekly & monthly Basis & make plans for operators assessment.
Re-evaluate the critical process operation & interact with the operators observance.
Responsible for strictly following the DWM & strengthen it with time to time. Apart from this juniors DWM needed to be verify & strengthen as per requirements.
