Job profile  -

Responsible for entire shop floor operators safety, Product quality & Productivity performance.

Supervise & Control the Blow molding machine process, DASIP perimeter as per quality Standard. 

Follow Up from each stage performance as per defined schedule

Cross verification of machines perimeter are running ok according to check sheet & operators are following the quality standard as per WI & following STOP CALL WAIT, One Piece Flow, Self-Confirmation & each one must know about process KPC /KCC & must know abnormality handling. 

Responsible for the documentation work related for the regular machine maintenance & process control required during ISO TS 16949 audit & also verify the perimeter check sheet.

Responsible for Training plan for New operators & OJT plan for working operators on the Daily, Weekly & monthly Basis & make plans for operators assessment.

Re-evaluate the critical process operation & interact with the operators observance. 

Responsible for strictly following the DWM & strengthen it with time to time. Apart from this juniors DWM needed to be verify & strengthen as per requirements.

Daily take short meeting with operators before Shift start & in the end of shift for positive interaction with them

Responsible for part setup of different model ducts at KAUTEX 3D blow moulding machine by  tacking changeover of various designed mold  & maintain process in PWDS & VWDS as per required by quality .

Always engaged with Engineering and QA dept. by taking trial at BMM during new product development.

Engaged to monitor the welding section (Penetrating & Vibration Welding) & Make schedule for Mold & Fixture change over as per plan given by planner.

Engaged to verify paper plating machine process perimeter & verification of MACPOL machine process.

Always focused & responsible to maintain quality product & minimize the rejection during changeover as on blow moulding and same for welding process.

Responsible for the training of the operators & OJT training & multiskilling of the operators.
