Job Profile:-
Responsible for all operations carried out in plastic component manufacturing divisions such as parameter setting on CNC injection Molding machine varying from 650 tonnage to 1300 tonnage with Robot system
Responsible for Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety
New M/C‘s, Moulds & axillaries Installation & Setup & also process setup
Attained daily Quality meeting & make action plan against out comes
Trial of different material, moulds & Robot Prog.
Experience in injection molding m/c in sequential gate moulds, HRS sys. Etc.
Kaizen & capacity utilization, & other documents
Bring down Rejection%, Down Time, manpower cost against target.
Improvement in productivity with better Quality
Making Control plan for new parts & continual improvement.
Optimum Utilization of Man power, m/c & Resources.
Better house keeping in plant maintain 1S & 2S
Productivity improvement:
Productivity improvement through strong leadership management
Optimize process with maintain better quality
Cycle time reduction through Robot systems programming.
