Directed the annual production and supply chain for 32,500 tonnes, at 96% utilization, with scrap rate of less than
1%
Lead role in setting of safety procedures, routines and audit checklists together with safety team. Achieved
802,560 safe man hours, with no Loss Worktime Accidents (LTAs) since 2013.
Factory construction and start-up of USD 60 million joint venture project between Al Rajhi Holding group, Saudi
Arabia and Trioplast AB, Sweden, starting two months from project kick- off until start of operations, including–
managing engineering consultant, contractor to build factory. Construction was completed in nine months within
the budget and on time
Reduced project start up delay by eight months by proposing the alternative power supply solution based on my
technical knowledge, saving US$ 5 million
Led the testing and commissioning engineer’s team, trial production in 50 days, commercial production started in
60 days
Hired multicultural team, including skilled production, maintenance, quality assurance and supply chain
