Specific Technical functional skills/knowledge required for role - Product Knowledge, Sales & Market Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Dealer & Distribution Management, Reporting ,Negotiation Techniques.
Responsibilities
Sales Development & Market Expansion
Drive Sales Of Zipper Profiles In The Assigned Territory.
Identify And Develop New Customers In Untapped Markets.
Support Senior Sales Leadership In Expanding The Company’s Customer Base.
Promote The Complete Product Range To Existing And New Dealers.
Identify Opportunities To Increase Sales Volume With Existing Customers
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain Strong Relationships With Pouching Bag Machine Manufacturers And Key Customers.
Regularly Visit Customers To Understand Their Requirements And Provide Suitable Solutions.
Ensure High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Through Timely Communication And Service Support.
Address Customer Concerns And Escalate Issues When Required.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Understand Product Specifications And Applications Of Zipper Prod
Coordinate With Internal Teams (Production, Dispatch, Accounts, Etc.) To Resolve Customer Queries.
Ensure Timely Resolution Of Customer Complaints And Service Requests
Maintain Regular Follow-up With Customers To Ensure Closure Of Issues.
Dealer Management
Engage / Appoint New Dealers In New Geographies
Maintain Regular Connect With The Dealers To Understand Their Concerns & Look At Timely Resolution
Ensure Dealers Are Aligned With Company Policies, Pricing, And Discount Guidelines
Monitor Dealer Sales Performance And Identify Growth Opportunities
Distribution & Internal Coordination
Coordinate With Production And Dispatch Teams To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Orders
Ensure Correct Order Processing And Smooth Logistics For Customer Deliveries
Work Closely With Internal Teams To Ensure Efficient Order Fulfillment.
