We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to spearhead our diversification into high-growth, innovation-driven sectors. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is excited by the challenge of building new verticals from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Scouting & Opportunity Mapping. Partnership & Deal Origination
Identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and whitespace opportunities in aerospace, defence, EVs, renewables, and data centre ecosystems
Initiate and nurture conversations with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, technology partners, and institutional takeholders
Evaluate potential joint ventures, strategic alliances, and investment opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and product development roadmaps
Work closely with technology, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to assess feasibility of new product lines
Support leadership in defining the company’s diversification thesis and investment priorities
Desired Profile
5–8 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or partnerships—preferably in advanced manufacturing, engineering plastics, or industrial B2B sectors
Exposure to one or more of the target sectors (aerospace, defence, EVs, renewables, data centres) is highly desirable
Strong analytical and commercial acumen; ability to build financial models and investment cases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
