Job Description

You will be responsible for pushing the entire sales process, especially generating enquiries, quoting them and following up. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain an excellent understanding of CYPET’s technologies and value proposition
Undertake the below, in support of the Head of Business development
Extensive travelling to visit existing and prospective customers
Grow customer base by active searching for and contacting new leads
Understand and align customer needs with CYPET’s offerings
Create quotations, negotiate terms and close sales
CRM data entry and administration for your area of responsibility
Creation and execution of sales strategies
Develop and maintain enduring relationships with customers and leads
Co-ordination with Marketing for planning area-specific marketing actions
Actively involved in organisation and participation in trade fairs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Abide by the company’s code of conduct

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical sales role in the machinery industry.
Demonstration of strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to
communicate technical and commercial information. Excellent English a pre-requisite.
Willingness to travel regularly.
Very good understanding and fast learning of technical and commercial principles.
Strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with internet sales methods, such as search engine marketing and search engine
optimization will be considered beneficial.
