Head of Business Development & Sales – Waste Management
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic BD and close high-value B2B deals
Build partnerships with brands, recyclers & sustainability stakeholders
Drive revenue growth and scalable sales pipelines
Advise clients on EPR, PWM Rules, ESG & waste management
Represent the company at industry forums & lead the BD/Sales team
Ideal Candidate
8+ years in BD/Sales/Consulting (waste management/recycling/sustainability)
Strong knowledge of EPR, CPCB norms, PWM Rules
Proven large deal closures & revenue growth
Strong leadership & CXO-level communication
