Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify And Develop New B2b Customers In Fmcg, Automotive, Electrical, Pharma, And Industrial Sectors
Generate Leads Through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Exhibitions, Portals (India Mart/trade India), And References
Conduct Client Visits And Product Presentations

Sales & Account Management
Handle End-to-end Sales Cycle From Enquiry To Order Closure
Understand Customer Requirements (Drawing, Sample, Material Grade, Quantity)
Prepare Costing And Commercial Quotations
Negotiate Price, Moq, Payment Terms, And Delivery Schedules
Manage Key Customer Relationships And Repeat Business
Technical Coordination
Coordinate With Production, Tooling, Qa, And Dispatch Teams
Support Sampling, Trials, And Approvals
Ensure Adherence To Quality Standards And Delivery Timelines

Market & Sales Reporting
Track Competitors, Pricing, And Market Trends
Prepare Sales Reports, Forecasts, And Mis
Achieve Monthly And Annual Sales Targets

Experience
2 To 8 Years Of B2b Sales Experience In:
Injection Moulding Plastic Parts
Plastic Packaging Or Industrial Plastic Products
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong B2b Sales & Negotiation Skills
Knowledge Of Plastic Materials (Pp, Abs, Hdpe, Pvcc, Nylon, Etc.)
Understanding Of Injection Moulding Processes & Tooling Basics
