Job Description

Manage And Oversee 30-40 Injection Moulding Machines (Imm) And Iml Robotic Systems.
Experience In The Rigid Plastic Packaging Industry With Injection Moulding Is Highly Preferred.
Take Overall Responsibility For Plant Operations, Including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, And Dispatch.
Lead And Manage The Manufacturing Of Rigid Packaging Products Such As Buckets, Jar, Containers And Related Products.
Hands-on Experience With Iml Robots, Including Both Top Entry And Side Entry Robotic Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Injection Moulding Machines, Iml Robots, Plant Utilities, And Auxiliary Equipment Used In The Plastics Industry.
Ensure Achievement Of Production Targets, Improve Operational Efficiency, And Drive Cost Optimization.
Experience In Managing And Controlling Commercial Activities Is Mandatory.
Working Knowledge Of Sap Is Mandatory.
Drive Improvements In Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee), Reduce Cycle Time, And Minimize Scrap/rejection.
Plan And Manage Manpower Effectively, Including Performance Evaluation And Team Development.
Strong Coordination With Senior Management And Cross-functional Teams.
Demonstrate Strong Leadership And People Management Skills With A Positive Attitude.
Handle Customer Visits, Quality Audits, And Technical Discussions Effectively. Strong Decision-making And Problem-solving Ability.
Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Work Under Pressure.
