Handling Hadia’s warehouse at Nagpur / Jalgaon including stock maintain as per our customers’ requirements. And also follow up for order.

DAILY WORK
Maintain stock inventory incoming & out going at our warehouse.
Preparation of Daily report from sap system dispatching of material and collection of payment from party.
Co-ordinate with fund manager for making daily payment to Haldia against dispatch.
Preparation of Monthly dispatch statement and reconcile with “Haldia” through portal.
Preparation of monthly Service Tax & Sales Tax statement for making payment.
Preparation of Debtors reconciliation of balances.
Handling the complaints of customer’s regarding dispatching of materials.
Co-ordinate with accountant for updating data for yearly to submit the C.A.
Providing financial documents to the Bank for loan purpose and Haldia for yearly renovation of agreement.
