Responsible for Base Tooling development, work holding devises for multiple customer components by using Creo 4.0 parametric.
Experience in Induction Coil & Quench set-up designing for global & Indian customers with respect to Power & Frequency calculations based on component Mass.
Responsible for ELTA simulation (Heat analysis), to check the Case depth & Heat pattern for multiple customer components.
Attending or organizing the meeting with power source department to finalize the suitable power source.
Responsible for pump selection, to cool the coil, IGBT Transformer & Quench the Component after hardening.
Experience in selecting the Chiller, Heat exchanger, Duplex Filter and magnetic skimmer with seniors.

AT Fabrication Unit:
Study the Drawing as per Bill of Material.
Review the mechanical & chemical properties for the materials. Like steel plates, tubes etc.
Make a dimensional report for indusial projects after CNC cutting to avoid mistakes.
Arranging the materials after CNC Cutting to welder.
Making reports for fit up dimensional report & final dimensional reports for weld frames (Deviation to be noted).
Checking the weld thickness as per required ratio to be noted.
Participated in NON DESTRUCTIVE activities like LPT, MPT, UT.
Visual test like, Spatters to be marked. Make sure spatters to be removed before dispatch.
Participated in liquid penetration tests to avoid the weld defects.

At Fiber Department:
Arranging the raw material for molding. Like Glass with different Grades, Resign (Fire resistant resign), Gel coat with Thinner.
Make a report for GEL Coat thickness & curing Time.
Identifying the molding defects like pin holes, blow holes, cracks, etc Add putty to defects and make the clear.
