Job Responsibilities:
Tool Design Review: In case check the design feasibility for manufacturing as well as production, gate, parting line, ejection, etc.
Tool Trials: Involvement in tool trials and solve tooling concerns. Problem Solving : Problem solving to achieve part O.K. visually as well as dimension-ally.
Planning: Plan every step of Tool Development, to meet Customers milestones.

Experience & Working Details
Mould Inserts (Practically fitted and also guided the sub-ordinates how to assemble core-cavity inserts, Sliders, angle cams, fixed inserts etc.)
Component Drawings (Complete detailed drawing for back door trim, bumper, fender, console, housing, grilles, garnish, cup holder and related child parts.

Technical Documentation (Project Status, Project Sign-off, Follow-up with concern person, Plan its maching, Procurement of different required items of tools)
