Job Description

The role will primarily involve:
Travelling to customer factories to oversee and support material trials & attend complaints.
Running material on customer machines (wire and cable extruders).
Handling customer complaints and providing on-site technical solutions.
Have to travel - 10 to 15 days a month
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5–7 years of experience in the PVC industry, specifically with wire and cable extrusion processes.
Strong technical understanding of running PVC compounds on wire and cable extruders.
Ability to liaise with customers effectively, combining technical expertise with sales orientation.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
