Job Description

Operating T-die Sheet extruder and making HIPS, PP , ABS sheets from 0.2mm to 3.5mm.
Operate and monitor T-Die Sheet Extrusion Machines.
Produce HIPS, PP, and ABS sheets ranging from 0.2 mm to 3.5 mm thickness.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and output.
Ensure sheet quality, thickness accuracy, and surface finish as per specifications.
Handle raw material feeding, changeovers, and startup/shutdown operations.
Troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues.
Maintain production records and minimize material wastage.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
