Job Description

Receive raw materials as per purchase orders.
Check quantity and quality of incoming raw materials.
Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials.
Maintain daily stock records and update inventory registers/system.
Issue raw materials to production as per requirement.
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors for re-ordering.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO is followed for material issuance.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the RM storage area.
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
Handle a small team of store assistants/helpers.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
