Responsible for optimum use of machine efficiency, Raw material and man power complete operation of injection molding machine, assembly and general maintenance achieve the product target timely.
Responsible for production and process activities viz planning as per priority and load and target achievement and to increase the productivity, reduction in down time /rejection & manpower.
Responsible for Zone leader to implement Kaizen Process at the Production floor for productive and efficient manufacturing and handling different projects for improvements activities along with the team.
Responsible for trial taking of new moulds, new material & new machines etc. and optimization of the process parameters.
Maintaining and checking the required quality parameters of product at each steps of production process control sheet.
Manpower planning in shifts, monitoring sanctions v/s actual manpower used, over time records.
Troubleshooting during production and monitoring hourly production and rejection quantity.
Involvement in QA activities related to Internal & External Customers, Vendor development & product Quality.
Responsible for shift total production, rejection PPM & down time.

Responsible for bringing down Quality PPM at shop floor as well as at customers end.
Implementation of various Pokka Yokes in the machine to improve product quality and safety of man & machine. Manton the FIFO at shop floor.
