Job Profile :
Supervision of Incoming and outgoing stocks into the stores.
Monitoring manpower and assigns works according to their skills.
Ensuring the packaging of goods is in good condition, physical verification with invoice,
determines suitability of material stocking, issuance of RM to production as per FIFO order.
Taking countermeasures for the abnormality of the RM if found.
Ensuring parts to storage at right place and maintaining good5S.
Responsible for security and safety of materials in the warehouse.
Monitor PLAN vs ACTUAL of RM forecast and maintain optimum store inventory.
Preparations of Material Requisition slip (MRS) and Goods Receipt Note(GRN).
Maintaining documentations and keeping documentary records as per requirements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure quality store condition.
Participation in supplier audits to verify the RM quality of manufacturing and packaging.
Responsible for sending specific material to external vendors for processing.
Return the SQA rejected parts to the suppliers with proper documents.
Knowledge on FIFO, 5S, KANBAN, Inventory Control, Lean Manufacturing.
Experience on Production Planning and Control, Team Management, Material Requirement
Planning, Capacity Planning and Visual Management.
Taking perpetual inventory daily and checking the gap between system data and physical data.
