Job Profile :
Preparation of indent and local Purchase order for the required material.
Co-ordination with Head office & Project department for their Purchase Orders.
Handling loading and unloading of material received as per Purchase order and physical inspection for the same.
Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN), after the approval/confirmation from the concerned Department.
Raising of Discrepancy report against damaged material received.
Preparation of Work Order in respect to the Contractor's work for the work done by them.
Maintaining the minimum and maximum level of inventory by the receipt of issue slips
Preparation of challans and gate passes for the outgoing materials towards repair and maintenance and also for the Non returnable materials.
Weighment of heavy vehicles for scrap and for incoming and outgoing of materials.
Preparation of monthly statement of receipt of items, issue of items with respect of costing.
To forward bills/challans to accounts Department for further processing.
