Job Profile :
Preparation of daily MRN and Daily entry of issue slips in Microsoft Excel, Maintain stock ledger in Excel, Maintain day to day stock report for purchase and issue material.
All stores reports are working in Microsoft Excel. Maintain the stock of items orderly as per bin card.
Checking with bill as per purchase orders.
Identification of all material in store.
Proper inventory stock tracking end of the month.
Maintain minimum stock inventory, reconciliation of stock physically and computerized.
Keeping the record of all the material For example-material according to batch vise according to labeling, according to latest production or past production
Ensure that the raw material is issued to the production with proper issue slip as per FIFO.
Ensure that the material is not entered in store without MRN slip.
After purchasing once the material is received at gate, security will communicate the same to head (Stores).
Based on the Material Indent slip and Minimum, Maximum and Re-Order levels defined for the item, the purchase dept. carry out the purchasing activities.
The stores items are verified for their physical stock status on monthly basis, the variation are analyzed for the improvement.
