Job Profile -

Consumable & tooling material checking.
Stock maintains & coordinates with respective supervisor.
To preparing GIN in system.
To create MTO & follow with purchase team.
Responsibility for security and cleanliness of store.
Managing the stock as per the predefined min-max levels.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stocks level and maintain inventory control.
Managing the proper material translation documentation.
Monthly & annual stock audit report & submission.
Responsible to control and manage the stock go down function including maintaining updated record and MIS.
Smooth operation of all store’s activities related to stores like Receiving of goods, Document clearance, Storage, Preservation and Accounting.

To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, condition etc.
To Co-ordination and Co-operate with Productions, Quality and Purchase Department.
Regular Check of all Inventories.
SOP preparation as per the standard provided by the company.
Condition Intimate the supplier about the excess, shortage, damage, rejected or defective supplies.
Email and follow up for excess, shortage, damage, rejected material.
