Job profile-
Execution of shop floor operation with 49 injection molding machines and the team of 120 people.
Responsible for successful implementation of planning ,allocations of machines & achieving target production.
Responsible for why-why analysis on daily top 3 rejections.
Responsible for process set up and trouble shooting.
Responsible for new moulds trial.
Responsible for handling the entire shift.
To make trial report and setup process parameters.
Ensure quality as per customer standards.
Expert in making the program of wittmann robots, star robots.
Responsible for improving productivity and reduction in down time.
Coordination among concern departments like Tool Room,Maintenance.
