Job Description

Manage day-to-day production operations of Injection Molding and IML lines.
Manage and monitor 50-80 Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and 30 -40 IML robots, including machine utilization, cycle time, rejection, downtime, and productivity.
To control Production line , Shift Incharge , Production supervisors and Machine operators in Injection moulding shop.
IML Robot Experience with PP Injection moulding  gives first preference.
Injection moulding with Rigid Packaging gives first preference.
Strong hands-on experience in IML processes and IML automation/robots, including Top Entry, Side Entry and Pick & Place systems.
Optimize machine parameters, cycle times, manpower, and material consumption to improve productivity. Monitor and improve OEE, production efficiency, rejection, scrap, downtime, and changeover time.
Production plan, Injection machine toruble shooting and Quality control is required to handle.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, Tool Room, SCM and Dispatch teams for smooth production.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, Work Instructions, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, FMEA and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communication skill and SAP & computer knowledge is compulsory.
Mould and Materail trials to be plan and control in day to day work.
Manpower control, Quality control, Mould basic knowledge, Raw material - specially PPCP knowledge is required.
Drive initiatives for cost reduction, productivity improvement and process optimization.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
