Installed and commissioned entire new plant.

Company Profile :- Manufacturing of Injection molding Plastic Buckets & Tin Containers for Berger Paints and British Paints.

Job Profile :-
Monthly Production increased to 1, 20,000 from Existing 50,000. (140% Increment) using existing manpower.
Innovated and implemented single handedly. (Semi Auto Moulding Machine converted to Auto Moulding using In-house resources. Cycle time reduced by 5 seconds in all products, with same parameters.)
Machine Breakdowns reduced by conducting Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Previously machine were in poor conditions, all machines conditions rectified to full working capacity under my supervision.
Under Cost Savings, 11% Unit Consumption reduced in per piece manufacturing. Manpower Utilization optimized by removing excess manpower and allocation as per job requirement.
RM Monthly consumption increased to 90 tons from existing 40 Tons in existing 4 Nos machines.
Wastage Control Optimized by reducing plastic Lumps, feeding accurate inputs so as to get quality product.
Operator Skill enhanced and working efficiency improved by regular supervisions, mentorship and training.
