New Product Development
Deployment of manufacturing strategy for new product development Introducing new manufacturing processes & quality systems through structured way of PPAP & APQP.
Process Engineering in NPD -
Design, develop, evaluate, improve & standardize manufacturing processes & Systems including MC, TOOL,RM selection, shop floor implementation and follow up.
Play a leadership role in new product launches , process product changes using strong programme management tools & guidelines.
Responsibilities includes project management, defining the process, Process & quality planning using FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP,SPC,MSA etc.
Direct & Coordinate NPD activities. Ensuring Product Launch , ramp up , preparation of PPAP for NPD products.
