(Japanese MNC)

Headed a team of 8 HODs/ Functional Heads of Production, Maintenance, PPC, Quality, Production Engineering & Tool Room, and NPD (New Product Development) in managing productivity, procuring machines, equipment & consumables, and tooling, as per process & production volume. Single-handedly managed Greenfield Project (Japanese project of Showa Japan in India) from the scratch (assembly line & CNC machine shop and injection molding) in compliance to project SLA parameters. SHOWA India was the HONDA group company to manufacturing electrical power steering system. Solely accountable for the plant P&L after successful completion of this green field project
