Analysis of Customer drawings, preparation of feasibility, submits TFC to Customer & getting approvals.
Responsible for Preparing costing of part & Tooling and submit it to Customer for approval,
Responsible for Injection molding machine & Tool selection for new projects through tonnage calculations.
Review & finalizing the mold designs according to the Part design & submit feasibility of Molds (DFM) to Customer & getting approvals from Customer.
