Major Activities performed as Pre-commissioning & commissioning of Ethoxylate and Glycols plant.
Commissioning and Shut down of ETHOXYLATE PLANT / MEG PLANT
Chemical clearing of line & equipment.
Pneumatic testing of lines, vessels & equipment.
Hydro testing of tanks, lines, columns & vessels.
Handling VAM UNIT
Operation of Distillation Towers, Compressors, Reactors, Exchangers, Ejectors, Refrigeration Compressor & all type of pumps etc.
Exposure & Achievement
Commissioning of glycols plant/Ethoxylate plant/ surfactant (E.O. Derivative) plants from initial stage specific activities performed in Alkoxylation/surfactant plant as mentioned below.
To meet production schedule as per requirement of marketing team and captive consumption. On time delivery of finished product. Interaction with R&D department for new product development especially in surfactant and specialty chemical.
To Train field operators about Ethoxylate plant/glycols process, operation and equipments.
To monitor product specification parameter and take corrective action in case of any deviation. Supervision of New project activities from process side.
India Glycols Limited Kashipur U.S. Nagar, Uttrakhand (India). Glycols and Ethoxylate plant of I.G.L. is located in Kashipur set up in 1994 in Technical collaboration with Scientific Design USA and M/s Press Industria Group, Italy.
The MEG plant is the one of the main manufacturing unit of M/S INDIA GLYCOLS LTD, Engaged in production of high quality Glycols and purified ethylene oxide (EO), plant uses the latest technology of the world for the production of glycols and purified Ethylene Oxide from agro-based chemical (Ethyl Alcohol).The basis process supplied by M/S SCIENTIFIC DESIGN USA. & using DCS of C.S. 3000 (Yokogawa)./ NEW DCS DELTA-V ( EMERSON ) The plant consists of three parallel trains of Ethanol dehydration, ethylene oxide reaction system plus recovery facilities and glycols plants. The yearly production of ethylene oxide from three EO reactors is 112500MT. &MEG production from three trains is 96400MT/YEAR.
