Job Description

Should have compounding or masterbatch background
should have knowledge/ experience (of at least 5 years) of extrusion process and machinery ( especially masterbatch/fillers/compounds), should be able to handle 60-70 workers in a shift.
Basic knowledge of computer ( word , excel, email ).
Basic machine maintenance knowledge.
Should have knowledge of ISO documentation & procedures to ensure consistent production quality
Should have knowledge to maintain machine process parameters to ensure consistent product quality
To generate the required reports and coordinate with the maintenance team for the various maintenance activities.
To plan the manning requirements, shift plans and guide the shift supervisors/operators in the operation of the Plant.
Responsibility of entire shift
