Job profile-
Responsible for making daily production plan and schedule according to customer order based on the material availability, machine capacity, and meeting daily production target.
Supervising the production and manufacturing process activity result to maximize productivity of machine and worker, achieve as per hourly target.
Implementation of 5'S, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, and continuous improvement to cost, quality, moral, safety related processes.
looking after day to day production activity like mold change, process set-up, troubleshooting in various types of injection molding machine and mold.
I also look after preventive maintenance measures in the shop ?oor it helps to achieve zero breakdown, zero defect, and zero accident.
Promote Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) procedure to further improve the availability of the line.
Create protocols for regular maintenance, inspection, and services to optimize machinery function to avoid breakdowns.

Provide daily control, Work In Process (WIP) of raw material to ?nish product with the help of SAP operating.
Preparation of PFD, PFMEA, control plan, process guidelines, and SOP's.
Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and target achieved.
Perform in process inspection ?rst piece, last piece, PDI, and ?nal audit inspection report of injection molded plastic components.
Follow engineering drawing, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) using ISO standards.
Analyse the customer complaints, corrective action and preventive action closer trough 8D with 7Qc tools.
Ensure all quality control and quality assurance measured and procedure are documented implemented, audit-able and fully company with all clients and regulatory agency requirement.
Develop and executing test plan such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
Facing internal, and external audit as a auditee, ensuring CAPA in 6W2H, format FTA in case of compliance to NC's.
Ensuring FIFO, and LIFO, system being implementation throughput the company till the ?nal dispatch of the product.
Participating in Red Bin Analysis (RBA) meeting, and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
Product defect, identify root cause with 5'why analysis, and ?shbone diagram, implement action for elimination of trouble and recurrence.
Conducting MSA/SPC as per plan.
Supporting new product development, Develop of any engineering change note.
