Job Description

Handle injection molding production during the shift.
Ensure daily production targets are met.
Set machine parameters and monitor cycle time and quality.
Attend machine, mold, and process problems and reduce downtime.
Carry out mold changeovers and proper machine settings.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Tool Room teams when required.
Maintain shift production and rejection records.
Guide and train machine operators during the shift.
Experience of Rigid packaging in Injection moulding is given first preference.
Expereicne of IML with Side Entry Robot & PET blow moulding is given first preference.
Should have knowledge of IMS.
Good Leadership and positive attitutue is must.
