Job Description

Handling Data Entries Of Sales And Marketing.
Responding To Inquiries Through Email, Calls, Portals, Exhibitions Etc.
Calling Clients And Convincing Them To Use Zip Lock Bags Instead Of Normal Bags And Converting Them.
Solving The Queries Of The Clients And Negotiate On Daily Basis Leading To Closing Of The Deal.
Approaching Clients If Required I.e Outdoor Marketing. (For Techno Commercial Discussion / Negotiation).
Accompanying Clients To Company Factory If Required For Audit Purpose ( Especially Pharmaceutical Companies)
Participate In Exhibitions Held Across India.
Execute The Promotion Related Work Of The Company.
Once The Order Is Received Update Client The Status Of The Order And Follow Up With Them Till The Material Reached At Client End.
Provide After Sales Service And Also Ensure That The Client Is Retained.
Follow Up Of Payment If The Same Is Not Received In Time From Client.
If Complain Received From Client Then Provide Them Proper Solution For The Same And Also See That The Same Is Not Repeated Again.
Visiting Clients As And When Required By Management And Briefing The Clients About The Product Attributes And Technicalities And For Sales Follow Up.

Responsibility
Identify New Market For Our Product
Be Front Face For The Co. And One Point Of Contact As Far As Possible.
Punch Order In The System.
Co-ordinate With Factory For The Current Status Of Order.
Negotiate With Client For The Rates.
Development Of New Samples For Client As And When Required
Follow Up For Payment ( As And When Required)
Work As Coordinator Between 2 Dept.( Production And Dispatch)
