Responsible for procurement of Raw material, Packing material, Plant consumables, Maintenance spares, Stationary, Tools & Dies and NPD items.
Place orders for domestic raw materials and import raw materials.
Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases.
Generate purchase orders as per requirement, place and confirm order with supplier, monitoring until delivery completion.
Follow up / receiving Quotations and making price comparisons.
Worked with R&D to find primary and secondary sources of supply for all purchased components also sourced and purchased special items needed for production/R&D projects.
Follow-up for import material after landing at our port till it reaches the plant.
