Job Description

We are engaged in manufacture of Polymer based products like Wovensacks, PP Bag, FIBC's.
Assure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good Standard systems
He should have proper knowledge of all Quality Norms.
Must have Same industry work experience.
Should have practiced/knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Should have worked and done Periodic Internal Quality Audit.

Position Reports:- MD

Position Reporting Into: Managers/Assistant Managers/Quality checkers

Job Purpose: To Assure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good Standard systems

To develop, implement, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
To monitor quality at all levels of production
To Train the team of quality department
To evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the Quality function.
To Update job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management;
To investigate customer complaints and collaborating with other members of management for corrective actions .
To handle manpower efficiently
To work closely with Production team

Critical Success Factor: Ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills: Product and Process knowledge is must.
