Daily, Weekly and Monthly planning of 6 no.s staff is my core subject, which helped me to achieve appx.2.96 cr. In 2011-12(a growth of 0.4Cr.), appx. 3.75 in 2012-13 and already achieved 3.2 Cr. In 1st Half year sales against the target 5.1 Cr. of 2013-14.
