Job profile-
GRN Preparation and handing over it quality department for quality clearance.
Prepare inventory reports on Daily basis & Monthly basis.
Handling Store activities i.e. receiving materials, material issue, maintaining stock.
Accepted material move to further storage and issuance, rejected send back to party.
Maintaining optimum inventory level (MIN/ MAX) of all items in Store.
Adhere to insure critical and Consumable spares availability in store.
Preparation of Gate pass & Returnable gate pass for outward material.
Prepare Scrap report & scrap Invoices.
Prepare Dispatch invoices & Delivery Challan as per Dispatch material physical verification.
Prepare Non-moving and slow moving report and follow up for further action with the user department.
Material inbound, verification of incoming documents, purchase order, Cash Bills, physical verification of material accordance with bill documents.
Ensure the identification tag for all the material.
Maintain 5-S in store area.
Following SOP according to FIFO and LIFO.
Reconcile the store quantity with the gate record; make the debit note/credit note for the shortage/excess on receiving.
Store audit for all class item & Physical Verification (Tag Count) & recon with books balance and corrective and preventive action for future control.
Having good working knowledge on Tally & SAP.
