Process checking with aim to minimize the rejection & rework during process.
Handling Customer Complaints & Take action.
New Product Development.
First piece inspection control.
To ensure that a good standard of housekeeping is maintained throughout moulding and related areas
Daily rejection analysis on shop floor.
Understanding of 7QC tools.
Maintain PPAP Documentation like FMEA, SPC, PFD, Control Plan, etc. Responsible to first piece and last piece approval in line inspection for PDC components.
Conducting mould correction for any non conformity found in the moulding.
